Taking it easy..

About Jules

I came to yoga during a turbulent time in my life.

My mat became the life-raft I clung to, as my personal life fell apart. My yoga practice was my refuge and safety.

And I was also curious and stiff.

When I practiced, my mind stilled and I connected to a luminous, expansive space within me.

It’s the sweet space within us all, and it kept me coming back for more.

Yoga is many things to many people - but one thing is certain, the practice always makes me feel lighter and more refreshed, and it will you too. This I can promise.

If you want to feel better and lighter and happier, I host in person and zoom classes in Hampshire and Essex.

When I’m not teaching or practicing my other loves are cooking and recipe development, writing and hanging out with my friends and family - preferably in the woods.
