Friday Flow & Restore Yoga
Join me every Friday 6 pm for a nourishing and relaxing Flow & Restore Yoga class in Camberley designed to help you shift tension and stress, unwind, and reset.
This class will set you up to feel relaxed and present to enjoy your weekend.
We'll begin with a gentle, restorative flow and work in some gentle flow between the postures to help your joints, muscles and mind ease into a sense of relaxation and recovery.
